Cash, I just noticed the name on the box in the photo. It reminds me of a jewelry store I visited in Egypt. OF course, that is assuming that the box is original.

I tried to google Kilizo, K'lizo.

Only thing close was an Argentine site that I could not read a word of. We often forget that there are/were wonderful craftsmen in South America.

Sorry about the quip about the teachers' aides. I get a little froggie when its almost bed time.

LtRay,

Re "Sorry about the quip about the teachers' aides. I get a little froggie when its almost bed time." A little "froggie", eh? Is that what you youngsters are calling it now? Why, I can remember, way back when, where right before bed time I would ...

Regarding South America, I had a friend (actually, he's still a friend, I just don't know where he is) who went to Uruguay regularly and could have brought me wallets from there that are better than anything Coach could dream of producing, for absurdly cheap prices. They would just wither on the eBay vine, because they had no Brand Name.

Anyway, it turns out that her $600 client is still interested. The consignor is a very nice lady (calls me sweetie, I don't hear that outside my home very often ), and will bring me other pieces.

Thanks to EVERYONE for their help.

Claude
