I think what he meant by "mistake" was that it was a stupid thing for them to do because they got caught with their pants down so to speak. They seem to be real good at that.

Ok, I took AG2 up on his challenge and called today.
I found George to be a personable, intelligent man. I did ask him about the templates and we covered many topics including my admitted wrong way of handling the threat I got in my email.
I believe that there is enough "wrong" to go around from everybody but I dont think it helps that George can be talked about here at AW with no ability to respond. No it does not look good for his users to come here and speak for him but he is not allowed to do it himself!
I have seen major improvments in both the site and the way it is being administered over the last few weeks. In the instance of the templates I believe like in many businesses, the owner puts people in charge of certain areas and sometimes, those people go off on their own and do things they should not. I have said all along that 99.9% of the people I came in contact with at bidbay were decent people who I would gladly sit down and share a meal with.
I ask myself how I would react if I spent thousands of dollars providing a free service to people only to be bashed repeatedly with no recourse to defend myself how I would react. I believe I would not always make the smartest choices under those type of conditions. So in closing, I am going to make these two statements about Bidbay for the record as it applies to my beliefs.
#1. I do not believe George had any knowledge of the threat made against me.
#2 even the big boys in business make some mistakes along the way. I have always said, stupid people do not make mistakes. Only those who do not learn from them are stupid.
I am not going in blind but I plan on speaking more with George and other Bidbay users and am willing to look at the future and not live in the past.

Pat, LOL! I wondered if someone got my password or if I was going blind.

Thanks and I'd appreciate an answer when I send the e-mail. May I send it to you?

ballsandstrikes I am happy for you. I would like to say the thing that bothered me the most about the stolen templates was that over on Bidbay there was a post that there would be an "explanation forthcoming." There never was. Instead, there was diversions, wag the dogs and more prizes offered. This is so "Clinton-like". I don't like it. It lacks character!

Has anyone seen Sheila from Gold's around lately?
I swear I've seen her somewhere at AW, but can't seem to find her posts! Darn! Good 'ol Sheila. Sure hope she's doing good!
