Mike...I still wouldn't trust that Iguana too far. Better keep an eye on him when he starts getting close to your keyboard.

Well now that I have a bid the watchers have dropped by 3 but added a new one?? Who knows what that means!!

My cat sent some emails out for me one night. Glad none were venting anger and not to be really sent.

Pixi: I was really astonished at the $112.50 ending price for that danged Rubik's Cube! Fell over in my chair, practically. A man in Malta won it. But I'll be awfully glad to be rid of the last of the cubes, this coming week, so I can concentrate on my own stuff for a while.

I'm glad to hear that you and Neglus are doing okay. A death in the family is always just terribly hard.

Looks like watchers can mean bidders.
It ended up with 14 bids and a $230+ final price . I had 29 watchers most of yesterday.
Now she wants to send me cash or American Express Travelers checks as she lives in Ireland and I won't take her paypal. I have never taken American Express Traveler's checks but that should be fine - right?

Take the cash. Getting US funds from international customers is ideal. Yes it isn't the safest for the customer, but 100% safe for you.

Leave it alone. I'm sure I am not the only person that does not bid on something until the last minute. I have four or five searches the I run each morning to see what is newly listed and put the under priced newly listed items on my watch list. Then I wait and see what happens and if I am still interested in the last few minutes.

A couple nights ago I watched one item go from $20 to over $200 in the final 10 minutes. Two crazy people got a bit out of control because it should not have sold for more than $75 but had the seller pulled it the last morning they would have really lost out.

Fenix - I think you got into this post late. I did leave it alone and it sold last night for over $230, so that was good advice.
Thanks all

Lady - for some reason when I was posting this was not a two page thread - I think the last was one where you were considering leaving it alone.

Cograts on the results : )

Congratulations on the sale.
