EBAYER sdicksteina has stolen my text and pictures Item number: 180014426137
they stolen my watermarked pictures and have a DIRECT LINK from my pictures! This is not from an ebay auction or store of mine, it is from my off ebay store! The watermarked pictures and direct link are Unmistaken able. I do the work for these penny pushing loosers. I emailed them with no reply.

ANY IDEAS?

First thing to do is find some of Tom's monkey porn. Then any pictures they stole from your site change the picture's image url in your site to a new name, then take the original images and replace with the monkey porn pictures. There auctions will then have monkey porn pictures in them.

OHHHH NOOOOO. I just checked the listing and see they are a Vendio user to from the looks of it. They have a Vendio gallery at the bottom of the listing. Guess we have scumbag's here to.

Next thing to do is report them to ebay. Click the report listing link at the bottom of the auction listing. Then sellect "Copying of your listing" and then "Someone coppied text or pictures from another Website or ebay user".

I got an email back from them

"I have changed everything that I was linked, which I take it is you, on New York. Because there is a bid on Paris, E-Bay will not let me change the listing. Please do not put porno on my listing.

I apologize for using your pictures and promise I will not do it again."

I suppose I will let them ride out that auction... I'm sure they know I mean business. Everyone deserves a second chance... I guess.

I would just keep a eye on their listing's in the future in case they repeat this.

It's prety bad when your so lazy you can't even take a picture. What a bum.

Interesting that he would write "Please do not put porno on my listing".

Does that mean that whoever it is may be reading this thread ( as we know they use Vendio) or did you tell him you would do that?

If they are reading this thread I think that by now they know you are pretty upset with them!

I let them know I would put porno in place of the pictures, contact ebay, etc..

I would cancel the bid and end the auction if I knew the owner of the pics and text caught me red handed stealing from him. I bet this guy checks his auction every five minutes now to see if you changed the picture into something else. He won't get a minute's sleep until the auction ends.

If you really want to mess with him/her, do a "Photo temporarily unavailable -- back up soon!" in jpg.

Here's one in JPEG format you could swap back and forth with the real picture. It would really drive him nut's.

Good one mike. i do like that idea. I actually did change a photo that was stolen from me several yrs ago. Replaced it with something that upset him badly. Because he removed the auction within 30 minutes completely.

Why cut him or her some slack? They should put up their own picture and wording.

I like the one with the stolen picture is unavailable. OR email them and tell them you expect 50% of the sell price for your hard work.

edited to add: I think a video of Red Forman saying he was going to put his foot up someone's "azz" is more appropriate.

How about this one? Maybe you will get some referral business before ebay pulls the plug on the auction:

I had someone do this once. I replaced the images with a picture of Hitler, and one of a lynching. I then contacted the seller with a different ID telling them I was going to place a bid, but I was highly offended by their pictures and will sending a complaint to ebay. They wrote back, and they told me they complained to ebay as well. A few hours later, ebay killed the auction. I found it hilarious that they complained to ebay basically about them stealing a picture.

Maybe next time you can replace it with a picture of Meg with the following text:

Watch your money disappear as fast as that stolen picture did!
