I think I am just going to kill the pictures from my site.
I do think it is funny that they are probably worried that I'm going to swap it for a porno pic. I don't think they will do it again. Never the less, if I ever see this again, I will simply swap the photos without notice. It's bad enough when people take my text, and pictures, but direct links! that's nerve.

okay, okay!
I replaced it with a bronze sculpture. Here's YOUR chance to go have some fun with it.. I can't bring myself to swap with porno, this is the best (worst) I will do..

When I had this problem a few months ago, I replaced the picture that was stolen with the text across the front of the original picture reading: This picture and text were stolen from my listing. What will this seller steal from you?
Then I changed the URL to my orginal picture in my listing. When the seller did not respond to my suggestion that s/he remove it, after a few day's wait, I notified eBay and their listing was shut down.
Under the statement above, on the image, I had posted MY store name. Interestingly, my item sold within a few days of the image change. Someone had taken the time and effort to pull up my listing and purchase the item.

AA, I have a question for you. Has this sneaky seller stolen other pictures from other sellers as he has other auctions running.

I had a picture and description stolen. I was only aware of it because another Ebayer notified me. They had been looking for a certain item and when they were outbid on my auction, did some further reserch and found my picture on another auction. I tried to be kind and notified the other seller that they should not use my picture. They worte back a RUDE email telling me I should have better things to do with my time. I then notified Ebay, but they had switched the picture, probably someone elses. I kept an eye on their auctions mainly because of the snide remarks they sent me. Sure enough, they ripped off another picture. This time I reported it to Ebay first and they shut that auction down. I guess it is too much trouble to take your own pictures!! No warnings now.

I had a seller steal my images. I wrote to her to tell her to stop stealing my pictures. She wrote back "Who the hell are you?" LOL ... I replied that I was the seller whose pictures you have stolen, you idiot! LOL .... Never heard back and she never stole any more.
I did have an entire auction -- pictures, title and all text including my terms of payment stolen. Ebay did nothing. I wrote to the seller who tried to tell me that they wrote the listing and did the pictures themselves. I sent this idiot the auction number she/he stole and didn't hear back. Some sellers must think we're stupid!

Diane, I think I have had my pictures and descriptions of craft books stolen by the same person. I am not going to give her name here, but when I look at her auctions, I see that some of the pictures on each auction are sharp and clear with a particular surround, others are all blurry, some are small, some large etc. for each auction. I am quite sure they are all stolen. At least now Vendio doesn't charge 10 cents for each picture used like they used to.

Amber ... She used to be a member of Vendio. Under her main selling name, she got into hot water with Paypal. Then I think she bought another name (I'm not sure about this though, but do remember someone else selling under that name). Under that she she was NARUd. I'm not sure if she's still selling unless she is doing so under a different name, but I don't see her auctions any more.

I like that you changed the picture BUT you should have put text on it something like Bronze this A-hole! I would not have stopped at just swapping pictures. Guess I am just rude crude and not tatooed. LOL
Since you are in mood to switch pictures today try this one, I stole it out of an email so you can replace the bronze one with a stolen one yourself. hahaha.
Or if you want to be a little cruel put a text image stating You Just Got A Virus, Sucks to Be You!

Oh, that's a good one. I'll have to keep that one in mind for future use. Something along the lines of:
Thanks for viewing my listing. By clicking on my auction you have allowed me to hack your computer and gain access to your eBay and PayPal user ID's and passwords. I thank you for the use of your money and account. Have a nice day.
