Even though this does not pertain to this thread, there is / was a rule about 10 packages. If you go to the USPS page, it is / was there. My PO has taken the notice down, they no longer enforce the rule, but told me it was a rule for a long time, but never enforced.I called the USPS 800 phone # awhile ago when this was an issue and they told me, yes, it was a rule.

Deichen - Have you been waiting TWO YEARS for an answer? Eauction never got back to the thread either - in the greater scheme of things following up on an EO discussion is not high on the list of "must do's".
Made me sad to read Sparkz's comments on the thread. I really miss Fenix and mike too.

Yes, 2 years is a long time, but I haven't held my breath, I keep busy, but sometimes I get tired of the "statements" by some know-it-all people, but then they conveniently can't back it up.
