hwahwa that's what I did, I will just take back the two she is complaining about.

It just seem strange to me that her response was in French which I couldn't read, it wasn't in English. Paypal said I had to translate it if I couldn't read it. Doesn't that seem strange when we are a USA site.

The buyer said in French that she doesn't trust me to do the right thing since I wasn't truthful with my description so that's why she wanted her money back first. Because when the package arrives I could say it was empty.

since she has filed a Paypal complaint,both parties have to follow Paypal procedure.
Go to Paypal website and follow its roadmap.
