When/where in the checkout flow are you seeing this referenced? I checked your settings and profiles, and even went through the buyer checkout process for your store but am having trouble finding the reference to this that you mention.

Hi Chris, It was after entering customer's info that I got someone else's checkout page.
The problem has been corrected by customer support. thanks.
