I have also contacted sellers that received good feedback. Make sure they are International sellers too. You may find that some of them caved and gave a refund immediately.

The best thing to do when responding to feedback is to say something like
"Offered full refund if returned-Why would buyer want partial refund to keep if fake?"
Buyers will think about that response because you state you are offering a full refund and the buyer refused which would seem odd to people collecting genuine items.

Update: Buyer still refuses to return item for full refund. Wants a partial refund and keep the item. Of course they posted negative fb. I used the eBay "Report Buyer" (LMAO) nothing back from eBay, Shocking
//////////////////
'report this buyer' means nothing.
If you want an answer,call Ebay,ask them you want the feedback removed.
(if you can prove her request of partial refund= feedback extortion other wise you are #*!@ out of luck)

best tactic is to convince someone at eBay that this is FB extortion... AND you followed all of their rules regarding returns.
My issue with FB is that eBay says a buyer is entitled to their opinion, but is it opinion when it is something that disputes fact? Facts aren't wrong, opinions often are.

Seller should be thankful she left neutral not negative.
We should all be so lucky.
I am never impressed with UK buyers,I grew up in a UK colony and see how cheap they are,try the Aussie with their mighty Aussie dollars!
But wait,their economy is tanking fast,never a day goes by without one of their natural resources company bitching about China slowing down.
