Hi Snowy! Nice to see you pop in  We're waiting for Netta to feel like socializing again. We miss her terribly and send her our sympathies, but we understand. I just hope she knows that she doesn't always have to feel happy to chat, we'll talk about whatever she wants to!

Ya know, I was just telling my torturist about my Vegemite the other day. He said bring it in and we could eat it together, LOL. (And by the way, he said it was nasty stuff, but he hadn't had it in about 12 years...)

mouse - everyone who says it's awful has probably been spreading it too thick (it's NOT to be used like peanut butter!!! )
It really is very tasty - but then again here in Australia we are reared on it so that may be why we love it so much...

Good grief, I need an optic mouse too Mouse you just mentioned cat fur and
mouse balls don't work well together...by the
way is there another term for the ball? It
does seem rather unseemly to have to order one if it goes flat on one side.
My computer is acting up to night...we had
a flaming outage today while I was in the
shower and couldn't get here in time to turn
it off...then of course it surged we do have
a protector but it isn't acting quite right.
I wanted to say hi to Snowy too.

All I've ever heard of them called is trackball or mouse ball. But what do I know? I don't think I've ever had one go flat on one side...What on earth have you been doing to it?? LOL Uhoh, don't tell me you're following me into hinky computer hell!

we also had a power outage at work today. Everything went out (lights, computers etc) except for my computer.
Don't ask me to explain it but I swear it's true!!! Very eerie... just a glow coming from my corner of the room

I liked it when Pharlap asked what was
an Alkathingy...maybe I could order a
mousethingy....I bet they'd know what I was
talking about!
I remebered that the British and the Aussies
use the term Arse...stayed with an English
family when I was little and remember the
wife telling her husband try not to make an
Arse of yourself!!
Friends of ours were in Sydney for the
Olympics and stayed with a couple of very
nice Australian folks (in their home) really
had a wonderful time. Their daughter was an
alternate on the rowing team. She liked
Vegemite and said it tasted kinda vinergary
but when used sparingly it was good.

Snow sometimes just a spurt of canned
air on the keyboard can straighten everything
out...you know a little bit of dust can be a
big problem...Mouse and I have kitty
fur to contend with...then sometimes just
shutting everything down and restarting and
all is well...

Not just Mickey, Disney in general! I love Tigger and he's the first one I pick if given a choice I'm sure you can find one. Just go to the search page and put in Tigger 2x and see what comes up. I'm sure you'll find more than I do, I wear a 3x! 
Funny you should mention Tigger and purple though. I have one t-shirt that has Tigger and Pooh on the front and back in purple. I was wearing it the other day and a complete stranger complimented me on it!

I love Tigger...DH gave me an animated 3
foot tall Tigger holding a Christmas tree
for a gift a couple of years ago. I have a
Tee shirt in purple with Tigger, unfortunately since I fell and broke my ankle, quit smoking and developed arthritis in my knee I have "growed like Topsy," I am going to check tomorrow.
Any word from Rocker seems like she
has fallen off the face of the earth! We
need some hearty party animals here and you
got bitsandbob all pooped out with all that
dancin stuff last night!! Come on down!

Whoopsie, sorry about that Zilvy! I went off to PayPal to pay for my winnings like a good little auction buyer and on my way back my computer restarted itself 
Anyway, I say do a main search for Disney stuff because it tends to be all over. I know what you mean about 'growing like Topsy' (not that I know who that is, LOL). I've gained a whole size since I've been home and almost immobile
