I think you missed the joke the first time round. LOL He has a Rolls and it can hardly get up the hill. (Canardly) This might only be an Aussie joke, I am not sure. It is a bit like our jokes about Holden cars, they are only just holdin together.

nettak, I've got to be careful with this one.
This is the missus's shopping trolley. She don't like chain saws in it!

Bob, Downunder but never down.

Boy did I marry the wrong guy. I don't have a shopping trolley like that.

I love it, and can understand why the wife doesn't like chain saws in her shopping cart. LOL

Okay Bob come clean now, you are either a well to do doctor or you do have a cousin called "Vinnie". LOL

Any mafia connections we should know about.

nettak LOL
Not much use for the violin case these days except to pack a picnic lunch in.
Vinnie keeps in contact now and then but you know how it is. The code of silence and all that bit!
As far as doctoring goes it strictly limited to a few tax invoices and funny cocktails!

I do have an honours degree in Bovine Humus.

Gee maybe if I had a few of those doctored cocktails, I might be able to get inventive with my tax invoices. Then I might not have to pay little Jonnie all that money every 3 months.

I think I could use Vinnie up here for a couple of days to collect some money from a slim bag who doesn't want to pay for work completed way back in September.

Netta, are you angling in on my Bob?? LOL

You know I was just thinking about something today...It took me over a week to compose and mail that complaint letter (it finally went out today) and now I have to start all over with an appeal!

Mouse, for a car like that, I
am willing to share. LOL

Do you keep all your records, and do
you have someone to help you when you
write you letter of appeal?? Sometimes
it is better to get someone who is not
so close to the matter to help you. Otherwise it can get to emotional and
you tend to lose some of the facts along
the way. When you write your appeal letter, stay calm, think long and hard
about how you are going to compose your letter and make sure that you have
letters from you doctor as well as the company doctor. Keep copies of
everything

Sorry I got a bit carried away with my advice.

Edited so that we don't have to scroll.

I'm sure he does! That's my DREAM car right there. It goes 240mph - I MIGHT be able to get one for about a million - IF I could find someone willing to give up theirs. Oh well - mouse'll just have to bring out the towel again while I drool. LOL

Don't remind me about tax. My accountant is getting very toey 'cos I haven't done mine yet.
When I told Vinnie about it he thought GST was the model of my new Ferrari. I had to explain to him that the car is a GTS!!!

Bob, our accountant told me he was too busy to do our 99-00 tax and he will not have time to do it until June. I said he may as well wait until 1st July and do both years together. This will be the first time ever that we have had 2 years tax done at the same time.

I hate GST it seems to me that I have just finished with one lot and another is upon us. I especially hate the fact that it costs me extra money every 3 months to get the accountant to check over the work that I have done.

Is your accountant getting toey waiting for your BAS or is it for your last years tax??

One last thing before I hit the bed.

Tigerlady, if you are still out there, could you please trim the pics down
just a little. I am getting too tired
to have to keep scrolling across the page.

The pictures are great, but if we could have
them just a little bit smaller it would be fantastic.

Nithers Netta. I should go too. I'm taking too much time looking into how to do my own auction templates. I need to learn fast so I can get going soon! But I have to drop by the doctor's office today and have a chat with them about the appeal and more drugs LOL

Mouse - Yep! I wanted one ever since they came out, too! Every time we drove by the Honda place, I would say "There's my car!" - I didn't think we were going to be able to swing it though - even used. Not the best credit, you know. I was looking at a Mazda mx3 too. They had a deal in the paper - they were on sale for 11,990. (I think they were normally over 15,000) I went in to ask about them and the sales guy said "That's not an 11,000 car!", (even though I told him it was in the paper)(dummy me forgot to bring the add) so I walked out. The next day I heard an add on the radio for another place that would help those with credit problems, so we went that evening around 6:00. By 9:30 I was driving my little baby home! I'm GLAD the Mazda guy was such a jerk - I wouldn't have gotten what I REALLY wanted!

Hey Netta! I fixed the pics, is that better? I wasn't having to scroll on my computer, so I had no idea!
