Bob our American friends do not like us to speak the truth about Crocodile Hunter Steve. He is there friend and they LOVE him, and they get very upset if we say anything bad about him.
I just wish they would get him to move to America, he is a disgrace and a big dipstick. Did you see the cover up he tried to stage a couple of weeks ago when one of his handlers got attacked by a Croc., our big hero cancelled the Ambulance and took this poor guy to the hospital himself. Why you might ask?
Well he did not want any media attention, and this is the guy that will do anything to get his mug on the screen. He also did not report the incident to Work Place Health and Safety.
I wonder how he will talk his way out of this one.

When I got back today I had a load of emails waiting for me.
Most of them were replys from participating bidders in the auctions that were affected by last nights outage.
People are really terrific. Each and everyone of them understood why I declared my auctions null and void and all agreed that what I did was the only fair thing.
I emailed everyone back tonight with the new auction numbers so we'll see how we go this time.

That is wonderful for you Bob, people do understand when it is something that is totally out of your control.
Good luck with this next lot of listings. Lets hope for even better bids' second time around.

I just heard on the late news about an English Sailor that is sailing solo, I can't remember where too. Anyway he say's that he is going to sail nude, because he does not expect to be getting many visitors.
Makes sense I suppose. But, oh boy can't you just see this lily white getting awful sunburn in places that the sun don't normally shine on.
Okay I will do the ad, I will have to think about what to say, so that we attract the sort that likes girls. LOL

Is it cold down your way yet??
It has been so stuffy and overbearingly hot up here. I wish the cooler weather would hurry up and appear. I can't wait to light the fire and watch the flames. I like nothing better than to be able sit in front of the fire on a cold night.
Wine anyone.

nettak It has cooled off down here over the last week. At the moment the rain has come in and it's pouring down.
All of a sudden it's Autumn. We've got some beautiful liquid ambers here and they are a blaze of colour right now. Also lots of falling leaves. It's lovely!
It's just cool enough to be comfortable and not need a heater on. Today was about 19 degrees.
It's what I like to call good "doing things" weather.

Oh how I wish it was only 19deg up here. We were supposed to be getting a cool change come through today.. I think it must have gotten lost on it's way, cause it hasn't arrived yet. We did get some rain last night and a sprinkle today, but that is all and the heat is still turned up high.
I suppose when winter does hit, everyone will be complaining that it is too cold, not me I like the cold weather.
Well I will be off for tonight. So I hope you are going to be in tomorrow night, because I think we could hit the big 1,000post. Talk to you later.
Maybe the Conga line will be longer tomorrow night.
Goodnight.

I dunno what it is, I just get in here and this darn thing goes hinky! But hey, I got the other check today so hopefully the good one will get fixed this weekend. Woohoo!
And that also means I can send Pharlap's other package How are ya pal??
I also did myself a favor and went back to the store that's closing and got more stock. This time I had half off coupons. So I got $100 (at 70% off) of stuff for $50! And that's why my family calls me The Ultimate Shopper!

Hey Mouse! Sounds like you're getting some great bargains lately. I went on a warehouse shopping tour last Saturday and picked up some great stuff really cheap. The tour giude said that between 20 of us we spent around $3400!!!! (about $20 US )
