crycheck might I suggest you read the filing again. I saw all of that information under prospectus summary.
"Through December 31, 2000, BidBay.com accumulated a deficit of $5,769,240. Management believes it can sustain current operations, without creating new growth, on revenues of $100,000 per month."
"In 2000, BidBay.com conducted a private offering through which it raised approximately $4,500,000. Disclosure materials were given to all investors in the private offering"
As far as whether or not they are telling the truth allykat they have to. This filing is done under full audit, they have to disclose any and all information regarding the company.
Now regarding if the money looks like it has been spent well. That's not for me to judge.
I don't know what it costs to maintain all of that equipment, let alone purchasing it. Or what it costs to have T3 lines. I don't know what their payroll is etc.

Bidbay needs to be honest with the numbers. I like the over 4million members on the front page and only the shadow knows how many are active or real members. Take the games out BBBucks dont buy bread and clicking to find billie is not true buyers checking you auctions Phonie! Allow the members to talk about other auctionsites and any problems on edeal, ebay, bidville, epeir and bidbay Freedom why does that scare bidbay??? The site has alot of problems members are trying to get their auctions matched up with the pictures as we speek but bidbay act like it was a small problem if you had alot of auctions up it was and is a big problem. I will say it again Bidbay only likes to play games in the site in the numbers and in the sellers head.
