Anybody have an opinion on this company? I purchased a modem through them 6 months ago, still no rebate. The e-mails that i receive always state that the check is being processed. The processing has been going on since July 2000, sort of ridiculous.

I have ordered several times from them, orders totally over a thousand dollars. I received every rebate. Once they didnt get my rebate form, so I emailed them and they sent me the rebate. Once I received an item that was slightly defective (a $100 emergency light where the pushbutton switch didnt work, but the sliding switch did work). They told me to just keep it and refunded my money. They did the same when I bought a $69 water filter that was missing one small part that I was able to buy for $1.79. So in my opinion they're great. Did you try emailing them?
