Is anyone else having continuing problems with eBud and Auctiva, the company now behind it?
It is now March 5 and I am still having the same problem I've been having for more than a week. When I try to get my data, I get a message that says "Unable to access eBay Seller Search."
All Auctiva can do is tell me to download the latest version and it should work. IT DOESN'T.
I called their offices today and when I finally found someone who was there (a man named Ben or Bud) he hung up on me.
In short, forget about ever getting eBud to work again. The company only seems interested in taking your money and not in providing products that work.

After I posted my first message under this topic, I got a e-mail from a friendly customer support person at Auctiva.
I thought everyone might like to see what sort of response they give to customers with problems. Here it is:
"It will be fixed when it's fixed. Have you read the help page
and all the bulletins: http://www.auctiva.com/help
Thanks,
Support
Tom T."
Great huh? You pay for a year long license and the response is "It will be fixed when it's fixed."
