My paypal account was restricted and have no luck contacting them by email. Does any one have Paypal's phone number, so that I can call them to resolve the problem.

PayPal does hide their phone number (it's on the left of the help section after you sign in), but it is 1-888-221-1161.
Just as a warning though, they will probably not tell you exactly why your account was restricted, and ask that you email somebody, who will not reply for a long time. This happened to me, and many other people posting here, so I hope you won't be too surprised if it happens to you.
And I wonder why PaypalDamon hasn't posted the phone number yet, is PayPal trying to keep it a secret or something?
