I thought paypal would be a good way to accept money for mail orders at my retail store instead of credit cards over the phone where we have no imprint or signature match therefore reversable.
I signed up with paypal and wanted to get my checking account verified. The first routing number was no good as it came off a old check since my bank has been acquired. Eventually I got the right routing number and corrected the right page and then I visited the bank and 2 small amounts had been sent to my account. I went online and entered the CORRECT amounts but they said the amounts were wrong and could not be verified. I called 888-221-1161 and ralph told me to try again twice at which point I was permanently locked out so ralph gives me a fax number to send him a copy of my drivers license and a copy of the bank statement for the account and the amount of the 2 deposits. ralph tells me to send to the fax number he gives me not to the fax number mentioned on the web site. I send the info to both. A week later I call ralph and he tells me he can't get to the office with the fax because only managers can access the faxes and he has no idea why nothing has happened. He promised to get the fax and handle it. A week later I call the 888-221-1161 number and speak to steve and explain the whole situation and he agrees to fix the problem in a couple of days. It is puzzling why the faxes are ignored and the personnel cannot solve any problems. Meanwhile my account is unverified so I can't use it.
What a micky mouse way to run a business.

Since paypaldamon doesn't reply to you on this thread, try starting this same message on either eBay Outlook or the AW Partner Services board (or ask the moderators to switch this thread for you). From what I've seen, paypaldamon WILL fix your problem--he monitors AW boards pretty closely, and I have seen threads where he has helped people who have gotten jerked around like you have.
