Hello All,..
Often it is difficult to make a deal/transaction with sellers that we don't recognize/know before,..But We want to buy their product because their price are so interesting (cheap),..on the other side we are aware that online fraud are happening everyday,..
So I open this forum to share a good way for making a deal with such vendor (in this case how can we make a safe payment),..
we know escrow service is a good choice but I don;t understand why most of sellers refuse to accept use this service,...
Any others good choice to overcome this payment problem,.. ?

I used escrow as a buyer and it did not protect me. The shipping ($20) was not refundable. The seller sent the wrong thing. He admitted his mistake. Yet I had to pay his shipping plus mine. Even though he emailed me that he was willing to lower the price because of his error, Iescrow told me that unless he logged into his iescrow account and changed the terms (which he refused to do) they would have to charge me the full amount.
Sellers dont like it because buyers can change their mind after the fact or return a broken item and not pay. Basically, I dont see how escrow works unless both buyer and seller are honest. And if both are honest, who needs escrow.
In my opinion, there is very little risk for buyers these days. Other than that one time, I have made many purchases and never been taken. I look for sellers with good ratings. I email them with my questions BEFORE placing the bid. I pay by credit card so worse comes to worse, I have charge back protection (which I have never had to use in person-to-person sales.)
It's sellers who have to worry about buyers who stop payment on checks after receiving the merchandise, or do a charge back for no good reason or open Paypal accounts with stolen credit cards. Legitimate sellers have to build up their ratings and dont have the luxury or getting NARUd and then just opening another account with a different email.
