PayPal has sent letters to my customers saying "WHAT STONEY DIDN'T TELL YOU" but this is what they got in return. The first part is what I sent to my customers.
Dear friends and customers,
Each of you have at one time or another have asked me to fund your egold accounts. As some of you know paypal has charged back some $40,000 in what they are saying is fraudulent funds. They claim that some of you sent me bogus credit cards. They believe that using e-gold adds up to laundering money. Now they are trying to force me to come to California to have this arbitrated. I don't have the money to do this. So I guess the big guy wins again. Please help me by emailing them or calling them (1-888-221-1161) and either closing or suggesting that you will close your accounts. Please send me a copy also.

This was sent to paypal to show support for me.
Please send your version to[[email protected]] and a copy to me.

I appreciate your reply, but from a logical point of view, IF YOU PAYPAL, take the credit details of someone who has an account with YOU, and you forward a cash payment into someone else's account - Stoney(being the middle man) - and then he forwards it to another account which he doesn't have access to...THEN HOW CAN HE REPAY PAYPAL... You may have rules or clauses written in to protect PayPal, but Stoney being the middle man, he doesn't have any control over the transactions...other than maybe he was naive by trying to have a business putting money into E-gold....not knowing of the ramifications of bad credit.......How do you PayPal with all your credit checks in place allow cash money to be transferred from a bad credit card???? That does not make logical sense, if you can't track or control it how can Stoney???? It would be absolutely impossible..
I can perfectly understand how Stoney is devasted, even if you have tried within the confines of your business practics to arbitrate with him.....if he is unsophisticated and not wealthy enough to afford to fly out of state to this arbitration, where does the little man go??? You the business should have the answers in place as I am sure Stoney is not alone with bad credit transactions going into his account... once the money has left Stoney, he doesn't have any control any more.... Also it was PayPal that didn't close the incoming money into Stoney's account which tied my money up for 30 days, when I had nothing to to with this mess........why wasn't the account frozen immediately when these discrepencies were discovered and WHY ARE THERE SO MANY???
Thankyou, I appreciate your reply, but I don't entirely agree with you, PayPal needs to change its business practices...you must know if a credit card is good for a cash transaction... I don't know where I could go and get cash if I didn't have any credit.
sincerely,  Helen

Paypal has seized funds from my account despite the evidence I have provided, now they have discontinued responding to Emails I sent them.

The thief who purchased the merchandise from me, not only has a brand new desk, but her money back as well.

Hi homefurnishings,

Did you follow the guidelines of the Seller Protection Program? This post looks familiar and I am not sure if I have addressed your issue (sorry---a lot of posts over the past several days).

Please feel free to contact me at [email protected].

Paypal has place a hold of $2000+ on my account for almost 1 month and half. and i have faxed all the require information for the 6th time. still restriction! why? i have good feedback on ebay. If they don't remove soon i would have to email all my ebay customer, FTC, BBB, and other form of method to close the account being restricted and get my hard earned money. I don't have enough money to hold (shipping cost money)!

why is paypal turning into so "bad business practices?"
