I sold a coach purse to a buyer and the buyer said that she didn't believe for a second that it was genuine. I bought the purse at a Coach store and know that it is genuine and even have the reciept and had sold several other to other people and never had any complaint. The buyer not only wants a refund but wants the refund before I even get my merchandise back. HELP me how do I respond

Sounds more like buyers remorse. No goods, no refund. Do not let them bully you into anything. I hope that you were not silly enough to have left them feedback as of yet.
Myself I would just tell them that I do not refund for remorse. Block their email, and move on with your live.

This sounds very suspeciously similar to a problem I am also having over a Coach purse I sold. I would like to compare notes on this bidder. Please email me. [email protected]

Just tell them that it is impossible for your purse to be a fake as you purchased it directly from a Coach store.

I am so glad to report that she took it into a store and verified authenticity and even left nice feedback This one turned out great

No two Coach purses will have the same serial number and if they do. They are probably fakes. Also if they are made in Mexico as opposed to the United States of America. Always ask the seller questions and if they don't get back to you then don't buy!!! And check feedback.
