I recently purchased a vehicle from the above entity dba "carsexpress". Paid by certified check and got a 21 day Texas temporary tag. Have been given the run around for several weeks and the current situation is that they have my money, their bank has my title as collateral against a loan made to the dealer, and my tag runs out in two days. The dealer closed their "carsexpress" and started doing business as "thecardeal" on EBay, but now appear to have ceased and desisted business. Anyone else in the same boat? Any suggestions?

i am in houston .
houston is a big city and 1000 people on the average move to houston every week from all over the country and south of the border.
to get around one needs a car and there are plenty of shady car dealers here.
due to hot weather and lack of maintenance,we have more than our fair share of bad cars.
if you give me the legal name of this outfit and thier phone number,i may be able to find out some info for you,no guanrantee though
