Has anyone come across a buyer who hasn't paid and has tried turning the tables implying you were at fault?
I haven't been nasty and have nicely requested a copy of their payment which hasn't been so much as acknowledged at this point. Instead this buyer has gotten rather nasty with me demanding to know where their item is when they received a confirmation from Vendio that it was paid for.
I know the buyer is gettig my emails since I've sent CC: to myself and nothing has bounced back. I know there probably isn't much recourse for me at this point as this wasn't done on eBay.
I am curious though whether this customer (Cheryl Skram) has done this to anyone else before. Also, if this has happened in general to anyone in the past without using eBay what did you do? Is there a way to block unpaying buyers on Vendio?
