I signed up with Pixbay to host my photos on Dec. 31, According to original policy the membership was for unlimited photo hosting, a ONE TIME membership fee of $10.95 (NOT per month fee) + $30.00 additional for their FTP program. I have never even gotten to use the hosting service because of continuous problems with the site. Now I received a notice they are changing their membership plan to $12.95 PER MONTH. I've written to request a full refund since their service was never used but no response. Anybody know where I would file a complaint for fraudulent internet advertising and sale? What recourse do I have? I do have a hardcopy of the original sales transaction. Thanks for your input AW friends. S.

Try your state attorney general's office, or the attorney general's office of the state the company is in. Also check with the Better Business Bureau (which I believe has an on-line branch as well) in both states.
