Just noticing all the changes and wonder if html or ubb works. I'm guessing it doesn't as there is no UBB notice on this software.

Here goes's

www.auctionuniverse.com

My guess is that it won't. My suggestion is that it should.

I do note that the html was parsed from the above message and the UBB doesn't work.

Humm. Guess that will keep the folks from various interloping auctions from pasting a link in a message.

As they say, you get what you pay for.

I saw on the other board that UBB is working (or at least a version of it.)

Let me try this

Wow, and they've got editing back?

Hi all again:

the UBB works on the first try but apparently it goes away on the second unless you reenter the ubb code. A minor glitch.

Let me try it all again: For pictures you have to add the http:// to the link location -- I think ubb did that for you.

[email protected]

http://www.auctionuniverse.com

Thanks for the improvements

And, editing (I think) works provided you redo the UBB ... but be careful, you can't mix upper and lower case UBB, apparently or maybe you just have to put a full, clear line between the url and email codes.

Still, a great improvement!

I'm having trouble with the url statement.

If I put in http://www.auctionuniverse.com it won't recognize it and if I put in just the www.auctionuniverse.com, it tries to send me to a location on auctionwatch?

Here's the first with the http:

http://www.auctionuniverse.com

and the second:

www.auctionuniverse.com

Sorry for the essentially meaningless posts but maybe it will help someone else know the idiosyncracies of the new AW.

Testing is about done:

Apparently this new board dislikes uppercase for the url statement but does demand the http://.

By jove I think I have it.

Having been armed with that knowledge, hopefully the sig file will work as well!

Well, I forgot to add the sig file after the last post and I do note it won't do so on an edit.

So, let's try it one more time.

Well, I can't say for certain that the italics flag is not supported.

So this should tell me but certainly the bold.

And, my sig should be in shape as well (I hope)
