I'm trying to set up customer appreciation but keep getting this message...
how can I have invalid bidder and buyer email address when it is a templet??
help please...

Hello Karlie,
This error is actually referring to your "From" address for these messages. There is a space between the @ sign and the first part of your domain name in your email address for these two fields. You will need to remove this extra space in these two locations as it creates an invalid email address.
Also, before you can save the settings you will either need to enter the name of your eBay store, or you will need to deselect the "Insert a link to my eBay Store" option.
