I use another image hosting service and was wondering if there was a way to get the Gallery Photo option using an external (non-Vendio) image host?

I'm not sure which gallery you are referring to, but if it's the ebay gallery image, unfortunately no. If you are mentioning the Vendio Gallery, that feature seeks out your images on your auctions and pulls it into your gallery.

Yes, I'm referring to the eBay gallery picture.
So I will have to have an Image Hosting plan with Vendio to be able to use the eBay gallery feature (or add the gallery picture after the auction is posted).
