I just finished suspending my image hosting capabilities. I found that Vendio includes REQUIRED questions to be answered, before I could complete the changes. I don't have to tell my bank why I'm closing my account, or where I'm taking my business. What makes Vendio think that they are entitled to that information? I think this takes a lot of nerve. I'll be looking for a new image host.
It's usually just good customer service to ask why someone decided they didn't want to use your service anymore, so you can try and improve those area's in the future and ideally retain future customers.
I don't know about you, but every time I have canceled a credit card or service of nearly any kind, someone has inquired as to why.
In the future if you prefer not to check the additional box in order to disable the service, just email us and we'll cancel it for you. It's really not that big of a deal.
