Hanging up in Post Sale relist. This is getting old. I will run a trace and post results here.

Inventory, community, seem to go fast enough. Post Sale just hangs there.

Other internet sites are fast.

Beth,

I know this is frustrating, but please keep this conversation in the same comment string. Otherwise I'll probably miss it and not get your useful information.

Regards,

Ed

Hello again Beth,

I was referring to the same post that you, Mary Ann, and Jacob had been posting in for the last 3 weeks, but perhaps I wasn't being clear.

Ed,
Instead of wasting your time on policing the threads maybe you could just forward them to your management or technical support.

How can you miss our threads as all of them concern just one subject: slow service?

Also, you sound like it was our fault that the subject drags for 3 weeks.

Jack

Hello Jack,

Are you running into any of the mentioned speed issues here or in the other thread on this same issue? (you appear to be posting a bit earlier in the AM than the previous reports this week, although there doesn't appear to be any actual reports yet this morning - if you haven't ran into this yourself.)

It isn't our 'want' to police the forums, its our job. Nobody likes being the bad guy, but keeping the number of threads on the exact same issue to a minimum does help keep the pages clean and easier to navigate for those that are looking for help.

Thank you for your understanding in this matter.

Regards,
Christopher

Hello everyone,

Please be assured that we have been passing your information to our engineering group, who has been doing analysis and investigation into the matter. Unfortunately it's proving very difficult to isolate. We understand it's frustrating and inconvenient and we apologize for that, but as Chris and Ed pointed out, having all the information in one thread is more helpful in getting engineers involved than having multiple threads on the same subject.

Thanks, and again - I'm sorry about the slowness and we will post back once we have more information.

Diana

Jimminey folks...get a grip!

Please read my post re tracing in the other thread...I said I was posting my trace in a new thread.

Now, I did not read EVERY post so did not see that the OTHER POST is supposed to be the OFFICIAL POST...BUT I think everyone knows it now.

Why are you guys so defensive all the time (except for Diana, who is the most professional one). No harm, no foul, I feel really bad now, thanks.

Sorry to have created a messy board, unoffical thread and etc....Why don't you put a sticky and post THIS IS THE OFFICIAL THREAD.

I can't read you minds. Sometimes I wonder if they are even in English.

Going off to sulk now because you were mean to me.

Merry Christmas
sniff

Hello Beth,

Most that post here on a regular basic know that we have always tried to keep issues to a single thread, but sometimes we should probably stop trying to make that happen as people are easily offended in message centers. (when you can't see anyones expressions or know what their true intentions are.)

No worries, nobody is actually bothered by this. It has, like is so common in message centers, gotten dragged way off topic and sounds like such a big deal when really, it doesn't matter. It just helps with the other folks coming here, or so we hope.

Here is a picture of a kitty to help ease the negativity floating around in here:

Hope that helps. =)

Regards,
Christopher

Just posted in the official thread, wanted you to know. Thanks for the kitten, a cookie would be nice now. Or any reward, any one at all.
Best wishes,
