(2) questions. (1)I would like to cancel Sales Manager Merchandising Edition, but am worried I will lose my images on ended auction listings. Can I cancel and not lose the images on ended listings? I have no current listings using Vendio services. (2) Also, I would like to use Vendio as my image host, and also keep my store subscription how do I go about this?

Hello,
1. If you cancel your Sales Manager service then you will not have access to your ended listings in Vendio. You can cancel your Sales Manager and leave your Image Hosting service active, and then your images will still be available.
2. For cancellations or plan changes you will need to email us at [email protected] for assistance. Or, you can make the changes yourself by going to "My Account" --> "My Service Plans".
