Typically when you only see CSV as an option, that means the item has been marked as completed in the checkout process/paid, but where the buyer hasn't actually gone through the checkout process. (where there is no specific shipping carrier data to be passed on to the export shipping program in question.)
Check the fulfillment checklist for these items to verify there is complete shipping data available to export.
If you do not see any missing shipping information and they still dont appear available in USPS format, please let us know the item number/s effected to check into further.
