I had a customer - actually a couple customers - email saying that the link to the checkout in my WBN is not working. I think what they meant was the link from the checkout to PayPal is not working. I checked one order today and when I clicked on the Pay Now with PayPal button on the checkout page, I get sent to PayPal with a message saying that the transaction was canceled. The other customers just by-passed the checkout and paid directly through PayPal. I also had a couple where I didn't get the payment notice from PayPal but the payment was recorded in Vendio as well as vice versa. Something strange is going on between PayPal and Vendio can you check into this please?

I have made payment via PayPal. I tried using your check out, but didn't seem to work right. Kept saying that feature wasn't working, try again later. I went directly to PayPal and sent payment. Seems to have gone through. If there are any problems, please let me know. Thank you. Regards,

This issue appears to be related to a technical issue on Paypal's API. We are working with Paypal to isolate and resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
