How will I combine item #s #300064053778, 300064053764, 300064053739, 300064055461, 300064055539, 300055663714, 300038810292, and 9509728204, with Order #915776518
When I attempt to combine, the single items are ready to combine, however, the Order will not appear with the items for combining.
You will need to uncombine the existing order if you want to create a single order with all items within. (as you cannot combine items already within an existing order.)
To uncombine an order, in Sales Manager -> Post Sale click the order number, then the "Edit Buyer" button. Uncheck the Relist option, and click "Split Order".

The nine single items are ready to be combined. The two that were part of the original order have been separated and now will not combine with the other nine items. Can you help?
Perhaps the two items are outside of your normal window of time to allow items to be combined. Check your global preferences to see how many days you have setup as a window to allow items to be combined together and edit/save as needed.

I changed the number of days in Global Preferences. The new time is 25 days. The items which can't be combined (#s 300040621097, 300040621097) are 17 days old.
I cleaned the cache, restated computer, and mumbled a few words, known to possibly stimulate uncooperative events.
The two referenced items still will not appear in the items to be combined section.
In the upper right corner of that page, click to view items older than 2 weeks and you should see the other items appear. (I checked now and 11 items loaded for this buyer when not restricting the view to just the past 2 weeks)
