Assuming you have unsold auction listings available through Post Sale Unsold??
Down at the bottom of each listing is a box, Save this to inventory. If you check that box and just save the unsold item, then the item will appear in your Inventory, unfiled.
You can then create a file, say Christmas, and save them there. Then next year you can launch them from inventory if you so desire.

Yes, they are ornaments and under Post Sale unsold, but I see no box to check at the bottom of the listing???

Niel35, in order to get to the page where you have the option to save the item to your inventory you will need to go to "Post Sale" --> "Unsold Items" --> select the item and click "Relist" --> click the "Edit" link at the far right of the screen --> scroll down to the bottom of the listing form under "Inventory and Store" and select the "Save this item in my inventory" box --> click "Save".
