I am a Canadian seller and joined Ebay/Vendio before there was an Ebay.ca. In order to be part of the Canadian seller deals, I had to change my registration from Ebay.com to Ebay.ca, which I have done. Apparently, I need to change something on Vendio as well to show that my listings are going through Ebay.ca. Can anyone help with this?
Thanks.

Hello Sharon,
Our Sales Manager service is currently limited to eBay US Auctions. We are working on expanding the Sales Manager service to international markets, and will widely announce when this support becomes available.
You may still use our Image Hosting service in conjunction with an eBay International site. In order to do so, click the Image Hosting button. Select the images you would like to appear in your auction, then click the Attach button. Select "other" in the drop-down menu, and "new auction". At the next screen, copy and paste the entire box of HTML generated by our system into the item description field.

Do you mean that I cannot use Vendio and be on Ebay.ca? I have been using Vendio for years and really like it. To solve this, I would have to go directly to Ebay to list? and then use the pics from Vendio? This would mean that no one from Canada can use your site?
Thanks.
Sorry for the confusion. You can still list FROM Vendio if you want, as we have a rather large number of sellers that list from here to eBay.com.
Your eBay.com listings do show up on the eBay.ca website, even when you do not list directly to the eBay.ca website.
The only thing you can't take advantage of would be the eBay.ca specific promo's, as you are listing via eBay.com and take advantage of those special listing days instead.

I am able to add pictures via Vendio when I list on eBay.ca by the method you describe, but I can't work out how to get that little thumbprint picture at the top of the listing. Is there any way to do that?

Are pictures placed directly in the description field charged at 10 cents each? I have the Pay as you go option.
No, eBay doesn't charge you to host images when you paste the HTML/URL into the item description field. You would only pay them for images if you hosted the image directly there, by uploading it into their system first.

Sorry Christopher, I was not clear. If I download the images onto ebay.ca from my Vendio account, does Vendio charge me 10 cents for each image?
No, Vendio does not have per-image fees. You just pay your regular monthly service charge, and the images can be used anywhere as needed for no additional cost.
