I have been getting a lot of errors between eBay and Vendio lately. Mainly verification of launch where the items simply are not getting to eBay. It has increased in the past month to both my Vendio accounts and disrupting my sales. Now I am finding auctions being listed twice but not at the same time. A full 12 hours apart in some cases. Any ideas why this is happening?

We believe that the errors indicated in your account "Verification of launch not received", are related to some latency through the eBay API. Please check this URL for a graph that shows possible API latency:

The error indicates that the listing may have been launched successfully, but we did not receive the notification back from eBay that would confirm the launch.
We would recommend checking your eBay account to confirm if the listings did or did not launch. If they did launch, you may delete the pending items and import the listings using "Import" or "Track" in Sales Manager. If they did not launch, you may resubmit the listings.
