I am attempting to launch some auctions and have repeatedly "saved" my shipping/ins. preferences, but I'm still getting below error. Is this eBay? Something between eBay/Vendio isn't compatible in this area.

The venue ebay has possibly returned the following message:
1. Error 37: Input data is invalid.
* Input data for tag <Item.ShippingDetails.InsuranceDetails.InsuranceFee> is invalid or missing. Please check API documentation.
Editing your default preferences for creating new listings won't have an effect on your existing/saved items. If you have changes that need to be made to those listings, you will need to edit the listings themselves, not just your default settings.
If you have edited the items as well, let us know the title/s to check into further for you.
