sales manager pro HTLM EDITIOR not working, as soon as the script is done, and press ok, the whole scropt disappers, I NEED HELP, where are the vendio people, can not get any answers from them, emailed and nothing.....
The Vendio people are right here. There can be many reasons for your HTML editor not working on your account, many of which can be browser related. We will need some additional information to be able to assist you. What browser are you using to view Vendio? Were you ever actually able to successfully use the HTML Editor? If so, when did this start?

also i even did a reload of sales manager pro, but that did not help either....the HTML EDITOR..in sales manager pro does not function , i am deined using the features of the HTML editor
Click to use the HTML editor once more, type only a few lines of basic text and just click ok - essentially testing to see if it's the code being entered, or if the program is just going to close regardless of the type/amount of code being entered.
Let us know the results of your efforts.
In addition, let us know any error messages you see when the program closes.

i did that and nothing, i type, it appears as normal and when i go to leave and press ok, it disappears, everything is gone.....there are no error messages, the HTML EDITOR, is malfuntioning, does not work.....
First if you haven't already done so, restart the computer in question. Next, exit any and all other programs so you have nothing else running while in the SMPRO program.
Try again to use the HTML editor without your other applications turned on to see if it does the same.
If that does not work, try the following:
1. Please go to the Windows Update site (click Tools > Windows Update in the Internet Explorer menu). Install the critical updates and Service Packs the site recommends, especially those for Windows and Internet Explorer.

Those updates can usually bring upon issues like this, and that is always handy to know when troubleshooting stuff like this. (let us know next time around!)
