I am just setting up after not selling for a couple of years.

I am uploading images....it says "successful" but the photo is not showing in the thumbnail. They do not show up when I review either.

I already checked everything on the troubleshooting list (size, type, image plan, etc.)

Any suggestions?

Hello Shelley,

Try again now, your images should load properly. It seems that in the reactivation your images weren't fully enabled, but that has been corrected.
