Hi,
I have a fixed mark-up noted on my preferences for calculated shipping in both the domestic and international fields.

When I go to list, either just the domestic field has the mark-up listed or neither field has the mark-up entered.

As all my international sales use a calculated shipping amount, it is getting a bit tedious to keep filling in a field that is set in my preferences.

I have verified that nothing has changed in the preferences, yet this still keeps happening.

Looking for some help fixing this.
