We are receiving many complaints from customers with regards to following Vendio's checkout system,with reference to trying to leave Credit card details some where on the process.
They tick a box for direct card details and then do not have a proper procedure to leave them or proper instructions.
Should we be doing something else to help or is this not really considered for on Vendio's system ?

I would need some additional information to better help you. We do not collect or store credit card information from your buyers for use in checkout. Our checkout system allows direct credit card payments if you have a merchant bank account and you are a Verisign (Payflow Pro) subscriber. You can also use Paypal to accept credit card payments as your buyers check out. If you use Propay and you enter your Propay ID on our site, we will notify you when a buyer checks out to let you know you need to send and invoice.
Some of our customers process credit card payments over the phone, and simply provide directions on how to make the payment in checkout. Others have a secure webform or an external shopping cart that can be hyperlinked in the checkout instructions.
