New user here, moving over from Mpire; before that, ChannelAdvisor Pro. I can't find this stated anywhere, but it appears I'm being limited to about 28 characters for image filenames. Is this a hard limit? This is going to be extremely frustrating as I have thousands of existing photos using long descriptive filenames. During upload, Vendio is truncating off the front characters, leaving the last 28 characters.
Right, the filename will be truncated after 28 characters. As to whether this is a "hard limit" I'll have to look into that. In the interim, I would suggest shortening your filenames prior to uploading your images.
