I have a missing item in post sale. My customer is livid that I did not know she paid weeks ago. It is simply not showing in PS. The Ebay item number is 320068485259
I have tracked this listing into your account for you, and it is now showing in the post-sale section. If you need to do this in the future you may do so by going to "Sales Manager" --> "Import/Track" --> "Track" --> then enter the listing information to import the listing.
