Due to a recent serious illness, I will not be doing any ebaying anytime soon. Therefore, I would like for my account to be put in a holding status so that I won't be charged the $2.95 per month fee. Thanks..

Unfortunately, we don't handle requests like this on the message board. But you can simply send this request to [email protected] and we will take care of it for you. Please make sure that you send the request from the email address that is registered to your account.

I tried sending an email to the address you gave me and it's NOT a valid email address..the address you gave me was

Hello,

In what way does it look like it isn't a valid email address? I just sent a test email to:

[email protected]

and the email went through without a problem. You can also send an email to [email protected] if you like.
