Why does the system automatically move you to the next level of image hosting if you go over the maximum amount of space for the plan you are on, but not move you down to a lower plan if you delete almost all your images? I have been with Vendio for a long, long time and I don't think it use to be this way, and I am livid that I have to pay for all the unused space in the 9.95 plan. I deleted most of my images down to the smallest plan over a month ago, and yet I'm still charged the 9.95. UNFAIR!

Hello Anita,
Sorry that you feel that way. You will need to discuss any billing issues with our billing team, you can email them through the help link at the top right hand corner of your page or directly at [email protected].
As outlined in our fees policy, image hosting plans are subscription based. Subscription fees will be applied regardless of usage unless you request cancellation or disable the plan under My Account -> My Service Plans. When your image storage exceeds the amount designated in your current plan, you will be automatically bumped up to the next plan level, so as not to interrupt workflow. If you were bumped up to a higher level plan, it is because your storage increased to a point that it exceeded the amount allowed under your previous plan. Your plan would remain at this level until you deleted enough images to shift the plan back down, which you would need to do manually.
Once you delete your images and empty the Recycle Bin, you can adjust your plan under My Account -> My Service Plans -> Image Hosting (see other plans.) You will be able to tell how much storage you're using on the Image Hosting page.
Please note that you will be billed for peak storage during any billing cycle, meaning that if you adjust your plan downward you will be billed under the higher plan until the next billing cycle.
