I have been trying to submit auciotns but they have been stuck in processing for an hour.. Finally cancelled and resubmitted but that didn't help.

As is normal during listing promotion days, traffic on our site and through eBay's API was unusually heavy. Because of the exceptionally large number of auctions being launched during peak hours, some customers may have noticed delayed (processing) or unverified launches. If your pending listings display an error that indicates "verification of launch not received" or "ambiguous launch", please be sure to check eBay to make sure that the items did not launch prior to resubmitting them.

Please also note that during eBay promotions listing volume will be unusually high, and this does increase the risk of errors during peak hours. We would recommend scheduling your listings during promotions to launch earlier in the day in order to minimize the risk of launch delays or errors.
