Hello,
Since your listing with the Merchandising Edition, the best way to keep everything you list in an inventory format is to create it directly in the inventory system. Rather than listing from the Sales Manager page and just saving a copy to inventory, create and list direct from inventory so it can track your quantity at market/available.
Also if you are going to be using inventory moreso than previously, consider switching to our inventory specific version of the Sales Manager. It is a much more full featured inventory management system and picks up where the merchandising edition left off.
