Is there a way I can relist a former auction iten in store format without going using the edit button? It takes so much longer. In SMIE, I can choose which format I wish to launch in bulk.

Hello,

Instead of relisting this item from the closed section, simply pull up this item in inventory and list it to your store from there instead.

Since your changing venues, the item will not be a true relist anyway (meaning it wouldnt qualify for relisting credit if it sold the next time around) so you may as well submit it direct from inventory where you can simply launch it to the store. (Vs going to relist an auction item and editing its properties first to switch to a store item.)

Note for others: This is using the Sales Manager Inventory Edition.

Christopher

I can't because when I change from ME to IE, it did not import all my closed listings.

Hello,

What is the item number for the listing your looking to import into the SMIE program?

Hello,

Do you only have 40 items in your closed section, or are there only 40 missing?

If you only have 40, we'll just use whatever to test with. Otherwise please let us know of one we can use as an example.

Christopher

Hello,

I was able to locate these listings in your Closed Listings. In order to create an inventory item from these listings, the listings will first have to be active. Please relist the listings when you are ready. Once they are relisted go to "Sales Manager" --> "Import" --> "Import from existing Vendio account" --> select the box "Import inventory based on my existing listings" --> click "Send Import Request".

This will create inventory items of your active listings, and from then on you can launch and manage these items from the inventory items, instead of from the closed listings.

Regards,
Nathan
