Not new to Vendio,,but lately I have been having a problem when uploading my pictures. They go into processing but never indicate that they have uploaded. If I cancel the uploading to see what is up with the delay, I may have one picture showing in my Vendio picture file. I seem to be able to upload just one picture at a time...has anyone had a problem lately with uploading? The pictures just seem to hang in the processing mode and never mode to the uploaded mode. Thank you in advance for any help.
If you are having trouble uploading your images, please check the following:
1. Make sure your images are not too large in kilobytes - occasionally, images that are over 50 kb in size will cause your connection to time out.
2. Close all unnecessary open applications, and disable any resident programs on your computer (including virus-checkers and pop-up blockers) as these use system resources and may interfere with image uploading.
3. Try using an alternate browser such as Internet Explorer and/or Netscape.
4. If you are using a proxy server to enter the internet, check the proxy settings in your browser to make sure they are valid.
5. Try emptying your browser cache.
Please let us know if these solutions are not successful in solving the problem.
