In seller preferences we have checked that we accept Money Orders and Checks, however they are not showing up in our auctions. Please advise.

Where have you been immages? Ebay announced this in August, made it effective in OCtober and started pulling listings with the offensive payment types (anything but eBay approved payment options which do not include cash, checks or money orders) January 15th. They say they will pull listings with any reference or implication that other payment types could be accepted. If the buyer initiates the request, you can accept checks, money orders etc but they say that if you have TOO many non-PayPal transactions, they could suspend you. They don't say what "Too Many" is.
You cannot mention checks, money orders in your description or in payment instructions so it isn't enough to just uncheck the boxes.
