How do I go about filing a NPB through Vendio when the winning bidder is now NARU on ebay? They won two items from me, which were combined in post sale. When I looked for the option to 'Start' the NPB or file for a Final Value Fee return, it is not there. I think I remember this happened before, and that when I did file the NPB through Vendio, even though ebay gave me my final value fees back right away, Vendio kept kicking it back saying that there was a problem [or something] and to try again. I seem to remember Vendio telling me I had to do another step or something to get my Vendio fees back. Quite frankly, at that time, I think I just said the heck with it and just gave up and went to ebay, filed my FVF credit there, got my money back from them but gave up on my Vendio fees.
Considering sales are virtually nil at this point, I want my fees back from items that are not paid for. Please explain again how to go about it. The order number is: ORDER 2010980685 if that helps.
Please try uncombining the order, and let us know should you continue to have trouble starting the UPI dispute. (It will need to be started separately for each listing in the order.) To uncombine the order, first locate it in post-sale and then click on the post-sale keys for the order. There is an "Edit Buyer/Split Order" button at the top right of the page.

OK Nathan, now I have hit the problem that I ran into before:
I separated the two combined auctions, then did the UPI dispute. Since the buyer was already NARU'd on ebay, when I checked shortly afterwards, ebay had already credited me my FVFs for both of those tiems. Now, I go back to Vendio and click on 'Update', and within a few minutes it errors out. This is what I think happened the last time I had a buyer that was NARU on ebay.
Any suggestions?
I do want to add that when I click on 'Error', here is the message from Vendio:
>>The Update Dispute failed to be submitted at the auction site.
The explanation given for the error was:
The action is not currently applicable for this dispute. Please check your action id and try again.
Please try resending the Update Dispute for this listing.<<
It could not have failed to be submitted at the auction site [ebay] because right after I started the Vendio UPI, ebay credited my FVFs back to me almost immediately for both of those items. I am only going to asssume that since ebay credited my FVFs back to me without having to wait the normal 5 (or 7?) days that when I tried to 'Update', Vendio sent a message to ebay to go ahead and credit me my fees, but it won't because they have already been credited becuse of the NARU buyer.
I guess what I am trying to say is that normally (without a buyer being NARU) I ask Vendio to initiate the FVF report (by starting the UPI), then there is a wait period, then I go back and tell Vendio to 'Update' the FVF on ebay so that it will credit my FVF. When the buyer is NARU ebay does not make you wait for your refund, so when told to credit me, it probaly comes back saying it can't credit me because it already did- so it shows up as an 'error' on Vendio.
So I guess my question is how do I now get my Vendio fees back for these two items?
You are correct. Since eBay has already credited you for the FVFs, the dispute has already been completed (and when trying to update it through Vendio you would get an error).
In the event of a non-paying bidder, you may request a refund of the Vendio final value
fee (please be aware that the listing fee is not refundable.) In order to qualify for the refund, you will need to provide proof from the auction site that you had a non-paying bidder to get a refund to your account.
As proof, we will accept a copy and paste of the line item from your eBay statement, showing the refund from eBay. You may copy and paste it directly into the text field in the refund request form, available at:

Hi Nathan,
Ok, I just filed requests for refunds for those two items b/c of the buyer now being NARU on ebay and they already gave me my FVF. I guess I now have to wait three weeks for the refund.
Normally I don't bother with refund situations such as this (on Vendio) because quite frankly, it is time consuming- only to get $1.72 back. However, since I am on a roll today ....
Once in a blue moon I will have a buyer say 'oopsie, I bid on [and won] your item by mistake' (yea, right). Such is the case of one of my buyers this past week. Today I filed a mutual transaction cancellation for that item. Ebay sent him the form, he responded to it, the trasaction was cancelled, and ebay refunded me my FVF.
Now, my question/assumption: since this situation is somewhat similar in that ebay has already refunded me the FVF, to get my Vendio FVF I will need to do the exact same thing: copy and paste the line item refund from ebay into a Vendio refund request form, correct?
